Buying & Selling Phone Policy

In order to maintain an honest and safe environment for purchasing and selling smart devices we ask that you follow the outlined policies below.

Buying a Phone:

1. Thorough Inspection: All phones sold in-store undergo a comprehensive inspection before being made available. We test all key functions, including but not limited to:

A. Cellular Service

B. Face ID / Finger Print ID

C. Power, Volume, and other Buttons
D. Speakers and audio

E. Touch Screen 

F. Edges, front, and back glass for any chips, nicks, or cracks

G. Charging port

2. 7-Day Warranty: All phones come with a 7 day warranty. This allows you time to ensure everything works as expected and nothing was missed in our inspection. 

Selling a Phone:

When selling your phone to us, please be aware of the following requirements and terms:

  1. No Lost or Stolen Devices: We cannot accept devices that have been reported lost or stolen, though we do purchase carrier-financed phones.

  2. Account Removal: All iCloud, Google, and other linked accounts must be removed from the device prior to sale. We’re happy to assist with this process during your visit, just make sure you know your account information and password.

  3. Final Sales: We are not a pawn shop. Once a device is sold, it is inspected and immediately processed for resale or recycling. Due to this, sales are final, and devices cannot be repurchased after the transaction.

  4. No Insurance Claims Post-Sale: After selling your device, you are prohibited from submitting an insurance claim on it. Doing so is considered fraudulent activity.
